Moving to the south side two years ago I had to find myself a new gym. When I joined treadfit I knew it was the perfect fit for me.
The workouts are challenging physically and mentally, but all the instructors do a great job with motivating you to be your best self at every workout. It’s incredible what you can accomplish when you are surrounded by such a supportive community that is rooting for you.
Everyone at the gym spreads great energy! Going to treadfit is my self care, I look forward to it and feel amazing every time I walk out the door. I would refer treadfit to anyone! Love my treadfit fam!

I love coming to Treadfit! The instructors are motivating and encouraging. They are constantly trying to incorporate all the new equipment and inspire you to challenge yourself. I enjoy both the regular tread class and the strength classes when I want to switch things up. The music is fun and the classes fly by. There are so many different instructors and class times to choose from. I never considered myself a runner, but it has been amazing to see how much faster I have become since I first started. The challenges keep me driven and I love getting new Treadfit gear! I’m happy to be at a clean gym that genuinely cares about me and my well-being!

Treadfit has definitely changed the way I look at working out! In March 2020 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and at that time I was using a walker to get around. It took me awhile to fix my balance and walking. But now I’m running on the treads and doing awesome strength workouts at Treadfit! The atmosphere is amazing and I never feel left out. I have become a lot stronger mentally and physically since I started my journey at Treadfit! All of the instructors I’ve had have given the best classes possible and motivation! I started Treadfit shortly after having my second baby.. and I haven’t stopped! I never had the motivation and or dedication to keep up the routine.. but Treadfit changed that! I thought I knew how to work out until I met Treadfit. I have been a regular going on 5 years now, this is the longest I have consistently stayed with a workout routine. Treadfit’s instructors taught me that all exercise is not created equal. It is so important to incorporate strength training into your regimen; having that strength becomes essential as we age to maintain fundamental movement.
The instructors develop their own workouts and I continue to be amazed at the creativity in their routines. All my life I had tried different workout classes, personal trainers, going to the gym alone, and none of it stuck. But then I started going to Treadfit about 5 years ago and some may say, I am addicted! I go for not only the strength, conditioning, and endurance training but also for that amazing feeling you get when you walk out of a class or when you finish a challenge. Since starting treadfit, I have gotten stronger, faster, and more confident which is due to the community and variety of classes that Treadfit has to offer. I have been a proud Treadfit member for just about 400 classes, which equates to roughly three and a half years. My journey at Treadfit started when I moved to the area, and realized quickly that my 30+ minute drive to my previous gym could NOT continue. A friend of mine and I were in similar situations, and had heard about Treadfit from others living in the area. We took a chance, and oh my goodness, I am SO GLAD we did.
I can confidently say I have yet to have an “easy” class, or even one where I don’t walk out of there a sweaty mess. Each instructor is absolutely incredible in their own ways, but they all have one common goal: helping members better themselves, one 50-minute class at a time! There is an overwhelming sense of community, support, and authenticity from the moment you step foot into the studio. I am truly so blessed to be part of Treadfit. “Treadfit is awesome. For me, Treadfit is an especially positive and rewarding experience because the instructors create a full-body workout that I can adjust based on my training schedule. That makes it possible for me to attend Treadfit classes all year, even when I’m training for a triathlon or marathon. Each week, I attend 3 to 5 classes and add long runs or other activities to reach my goals. Depending on what I have planned or what I’m preparing for, I might dedicate a week to heavier weights and fewer reps or lighter weights and more reps. I generally measure/track the strain of a workout, and the results at Treadfit are very impressive, not least because the instructors are so knowledgeable, helpful, and prepared. I’m always amazed by how perfectly the instructors pair music to each workout’s intensity level—I really appreciate that they take the time to create workouts that maximize benefits for me. I started Treadfit in the Spring of 2018 attending one class per week. After a few weeks, I started going 4-5xs a week because I fell in love with the classes, instructors, and environment! I have gone to over 500 classes and not one of them has been the same as the other! The instructors are highly motivating, which helps me get through some of those 6am classes along with their upbeat playlists. I also love the monthly challenges because it helps me stay accountable and the awesome swag you can earn keeps me going back for more! I am stronger, healthier, and more confident since starting at Treadfit!
