“A friend urged me to try Treadfit in 2015 and I have been attending classes ever since. I fell in love with the encouraging atmosphere at Treadfit and was inspired by the group fitness setting. Each instructor has a different teaching style which makes every class different and challenging. The combination of cardio and strength provides a full body workout that is different from any other class I have experienced. Over the years, instructors have helped me modify my workouts to accommodate pregnancies and postpartum recovery. I never imagined I’d be in the best shape of my life after having four kids, but Treadfit has helped me to reach my goals!”
Meet Maureen Webb! Hear what she has to say about her experience at Treadfit and the impact it’s had on her life:
I knew in April when I turned 40 that this was going to be a life changing year for me. If you would have told me that change involved the word “treadfit” I would have laughed in your face. Anyone who knows me knows I had a wicked aversion to anything close to involving running. It took me months to gather the courage to go to my 1st class- but on June 26,2019 I faced my fear, went to a class and fell in love. Treadfit has not only made me a stronger person physically but it has made me more confident than I ever thought possible. After years of yo-yo dieting and gym memberships that never got used, I have found a workout that never gets boring and that I can truly see doing for the rest of my life. All of the instructors are so amazing and supportive, it’s hard not to want to work hard for those 50 mins. Treadfit has reignited the passion for physical fitness in me that I thought was gone forever and in doing so has changed my life!

Shannon Markey has become one of our favorite regulars and through her workouts at Treadfit and changes to her diet, she has made an amazing transformation and is the strongest she’s ever been! Shannon began coming to Treadfit in November 2018. Hear what she has to say!
“When I first signed up, I was little intimidated as I hadn’t worked out in years. I had a very important agility test to take for work and I thought attending classes at Treadfit would give me a good jumpstart for my cardio and strength. Not only did I pass my test but also lost over 100lbs and I have also gained so much strength. I am so thankful for all of the instructors at Treadfit (especially Colette and Caitlin) who have made me a stronger person, both physically and mentally. I am a much more confident person today and I cannot wait to continue taking more classes and get stronger every day. Thank you so much for all you do”.

Meet Sally Caulfield!
“In the fall of 2015, some friends of mine went to a Treadfit class. Afterwards they told me that I had to try a class because they knew I would like it. Well, they were right! 3 1/2 years later and I’m still hooked! The instructors are excellent! Even on the days I’m tired from teaching, the instructors motivate me to do my best. I love the fact that every class is different, so I never get bored. I feel I have definitely gotten stronger over the years. I have never been a long distance runner, but I’m motivated to try and my endurance has increased. I’m so thankful that Jenny brought Treadfit to our community!”

This beauty has quickly become a Treadfit favorite! Hear what she shared about her experience at Treadfit.
“I attended my first class in May and have been coming ever since. I just love the adrenaline rush and the community feel that I get from class. All of the instructors are amazing, they gently push you to go a little faster and lift a little heavier than you ever thought you could do on your own. Also, love tracking how many calories I burn in a class. I have never been a runner, but since I’ve started I have run a few 5Ks and haven’t had to stop and walk. I am much stronger and way more motivated. Haven’t done a 10 in 14 yet, but that is next on the list! My 17 year old daughter has also caught the Treadfit bug, so its been fun to do with her as well. I have tried every fitness class out there, from boxing to yoga, Treadfit is hands down my favorite and the one I have stuck with the longest.”

“ A few weeks ago I started my first classes at Treadfit. As a runner who prefers the outdoors, Treadfit was my cold weather option. After a few weeks of classes, I must say I’m loving it and feeling great. I have incorporated some speed into my runs. It’s an incredible workout. The instructors are awesome. They coach you through each block on the tread as well as floor work. They are so up beat and encouraging you never want to give up! Now, no matter what the weather, I’ll make time to continue my Treadfit classes! I’m hooked!”

Krista started attending Treadfit classes in September and has had amazing results! Hear what she shared about her experience!
“I started Treadfit classes in September, after hearing so many positives reviews. I attend barre classes regularly but am a strong believer that variety is important in exercise. I started attending Monday evenings with Caitlin, then week by week I found myself adding more classes to my routine. I’m currently in the 10 in 14 challenge and it’s kicking my booty, but it’s making me push past my physical limits which I love. My favorite workouts are 6 or 8 minute blocks, sprints, squats and essentially anything for legs and glute.
I love everything about this gym. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and motivational and it’s so fun to see so many new and familiar faces come together in group workouts. My physical and mental health have noticeably changed, all for the better! Stress levels significantly decreased and sleep improved; a few things I’ve always struggled with. Plus, the more treadfit classes I attend, the more pizza I can eat which is so important :)”
