My first experience with Treadfit was in the summer following freshman year of college. I was looking for a workout routine that would kick start my fitness journey and was lucky enough to find it locally. The instructors are what continue to bring me back 5 years later. They individualize each class to keep things interesting. Since starting Treadfit I am faster, stronger, and more confident which is due to constantly being pushed to challenge myself every class.

I have been a proud Treadfit member for just about 400 classes, which equates to roughly three and a half years. My journey at Treadfit started when I moved to the area, and realized quickly that my 30+ minute drive to my previous gym could NOT continue. A friend of mine and I were in similar situations, and had heard about Treadfit from others living in the area. We took a chance, and oh my goodness, I am SO GLAD we did.
I can confidently say I have yet to have an “easy” class, or even one where I don’t walk out of there a sweaty mess. Each instructor is absolutely incredible in their own ways, but they all have one common goal: helping members better themselves, one 50-minute class at a time! There is an overwhelming sense of community, support, and authenticity from the moment you step foot into the studio. I am truly so blessed to be part of Treadfit. My honest recommendation for anyone contemplating trying Treadfit is: JUST. DO. IT… I promise, you won’t regret it

“Treadfit is awesome. For me, Treadfit is an especially positive and rewarding experience because the instructors create a full-body workout that I can adjust based on my training schedule. That makes it possible for me to attend Treadfit classes all year, even when I’m training for a triathlon or marathon. Each week, I attend 3 to 5 classes and add long runs or other activities to reach my goals. Depending on what I have planned or what I’m preparing for, I might dedicate a week to heavier weights and fewer reps or lighter weights and more reps. I generally measure/track the strain of a workout, and the results at Treadfit are very impressive, not least because the instructors are so knowledgeable, helpful, and prepared. I’m always amazed by how perfectly the instructors pair music to each workout’s intensity level—I really appreciate that they take the time to create workouts that maximize benefits for me. I started Treadfit in the Spring of 2018 attending one class per week. After a few weeks, I started going 4-5xs a week because I fell in love with the classes, instructors, and environment! I have gone to over 500 classes and not one of them has been the same as the other! The instructors are highly motivating, which helps me get through some of those 6am classes along with their upbeat playlists. I also love the monthly challenges because it helps me stay accountable and the awesome swag you can earn keeps me going back for more! I am stronger, healthier, and more confident since starting at Treadfit!

My niece introduced me to Treadfit in July 2019 and I have been hooked ever since! I am quickly approaching my 300th class and love the workout community Treadfit has provided me. I love that every class is different and of course the instructors. They are upbeat, motivating, and bring such positive energy. The classes definitely keep you moving and fly by. I enjoy the physical challenges and being head accountable. Treadfit allows you to work out in a group setting but the workouts are also very individualized. The instructors provide modifications for every fitness level. Treadfit keeps me on track with my fitness goals and I am happy that I have found an exercise program that I am excited about doing and that really works!! I have lost weight, gained muscle, and have more energy all thanks to Treadfit Beverly!
My “weight loss journey” started on January 17th, 2021. I basically decided that enough was enough. I was sick of feeling gross and ashamed of how my body looked and felt.
After testing out a few places, I decided that Treadfit was the best fit for me. I’ve been going strong since then and haven’t stopped! I set a goal to hit my 100 class mark by June *I hit it* and I try to do every challenge that you guys throw out there! It really keeps me motivated!
Becoming a part of the Treadfit family has been a game changer for me. Caitlin, Sarah, Jenny & Colette have been the best and are always so encouraging and supportive. Back in January, no way did I think that I would be working out 5 days a week, but here I am! 5 days a week, down 25lbs (yay!) and I have MUSCLES!

I started Treadfit in 2018. I recently started picking up more classes this past year. I enjoy the classes because they are very individualized and you can go at your own pace. The instructors are all great and encourage you to push harder. I enjoy the challenges they offer because it keeps me accountable and motivated. I have truly grown to love everything Treadfit has to offer!

My first Treadfit class was in 2017. I always have been active and enjoyed working out, but never necessarily with any big goals in mind other than just trying to stay healthy and active and I was always gym hopping. When I completed my first Treadfit class I immediately fell in love with it AND felt challenged for the first time in awhile (and I love a good challenge!) ? So when I first started classes at Treadfit I was using 8 lb. and maybe occasionally 10 lb. weights. In the last couple years I have made Treadfit my main gym.
