“I started with Treadfit post college. I got away from working out for a bit and then tried some other gyms in the area. I came back to Treadfit, and I couldn’t be happier. The gym offers so many classes during the day that always work with my schedule. The challenges keep me motivated, and the instructors bring so much hype to each class. I look forward to my workouts everyday and leave feeling so refreshed and strong. I love the traditional and strength classes, and the combo has helped both my endurance and my strength. I have never considered myself a runner, but the classes allow you to go at your own pace. I can’t recommend it enough!”
