Kaley has been a Treadfit regular since last February. She has completed 185 classes! Hear what she shared about her experience at Treadfit:

“I had been doing yoga for years, but the cardio side of my workout was always missing. “Running” scared me, so I never gave it a try. I couldn’t be happier that I changed my mind. I attended my first class when I was 5 months pregnant and thought it would be good for me to get out and do anything. And I was right. I could go at my own pace and not feel overwhelmed. Going to class actually helped me to recover faster postpartum and gave me the much-needed energy to get through life with a toddler and newborn.

I have been coming 3-4 times a week since then and have not regretted it. I am not one to check the scale but I can say I am stronger now than I have ever been, and that is a very empowering feeling. My endurance has increased and I can now push myself to do things that I would have never accomplished a few years ago. Now I am back to where I started – 5 months pregnant again and determined as ever to keep it up.

I can honestly say that every teacher is awesome and has their own way of doings things – and that is refreshing. I also enjoy the group atmosphere – you know that other people are going through exactly what you are and it pushes you to work a little harder and run a little faster.
