Meredith is one of our favorite originals! She shared with us her experience at Treadfit: “I have always been a runner and love to run outside. I was a little skeptical about swapping out the streets of Beverly for a treadmill but after the first class I was hooked. Each instructor brings a unique approach. No two classes are ever alike. I am always challenged and encouraged to push myself to either run a little faster or lift a little more. After 2 years of Treadfit, I feel stronger and more confident with my running. There is a fun and positive vibe at Treadfit. I find myself popping out of bed with excitement on Saturday mornings for Jenny’s 7 am class. I’m so glad I tried a class 2 years ago.
