“I started coming to Treadfit consistently over a year ago. Once I started to come back into it, I knew I found the perfect routine for myself. The cardio and strength classes are a great mix up. I try to incorporate them both weekly and when I do, I see the results. I mentally and physically enjoy coming to Treadfit. It is so motivating and it’s a workout I do not dread. I look forward to every class. The atmosphere and instructors are what make it. I feel amazing leaving here and I feel stronger than ever!”
