After moving to Beverly and becoming a new mom, I needed a gym that felt like home, and I found it at Treadfit. The classes are the perfect mix of cardio and strength, and they’ve helped me focus on building muscle now that I’m in my 40s.
I’m part of the 5 AM crew with Dawn; she’s amazing at pushing us to challenge ourselves and work every muscle. Sundays with Jade are full of energy and variety, making every workout fresh and effective.
Over the past 6 months, making Treadfit a regular part of my weekly routine has led to real, visible progress. I feel stronger, more confident, and so thankful to be part of this community.
