I started Treadfit shortly after having my second baby.. and I haven’t stopped! I never had the motivation and or dedication to keep up the routine.. but Treadfit changed that! I LOVE going to classes! The instructors are so motivating and the music is a big hype up! It’s my time and I feel like I know what I’m doing because the classes are so informative and always different!! It has been my best addiction!!
