Kaila Koch

Kaila is at Treadfit more than our instructors 🙂 and always with a smile! Hear what she shared about her experience at Treadfit:

“I attended my first Treadfit class in the spring of 2018. I was apprehensive at first because I was never really a runner and never liked incorporating a treadmill into my regular workout routine. Shortly after a few classes, I began to feel more comfortable and confident on the treadmill and knew the combination of cardio and strength was a great fit for me. 

After a few months, I noticed changes in my fitness level. I felt stronger and was able to increase my easy pace and even bump up my weights. The staff here have a well rounded expertise in both fitness and nutrition. Each instructor brings their own personality and flare into their class routine and every class is always different! I really enjoy how there are always new challenges and opportunities to participate in which help to motivate and push me to my next level. I love Treadfit’s sense of community. I would highly recommend treadfit to anyone who is looking for a great workout!”
