I’m a neighborhood exercise class junkie, and Treadfit is everything I love: intense workouts, good people, awesome instructors, and accommodating class times. All the instructors are phenomenal, but my personal favorite masochists are Colette and Caitlin. They take the “you’re stronger than you know” mantra to a whole new level, and I appreciate them for that. Since coming to treadfit, I’ve shaved minutes off my 5 and 15k, increased my endurance and stamina, and my plank game is on point. It’s also great seeing the transformation of members. Keep calm and tread on! “
