“There are so many things I love about Treadfit – the instructors, the music, the energy, the variety of the workouts, the monthly challenges that keep me engaged and most of all the fact that even though I don’t really know anyone, I always feel like I belong – there is such a sense of community.

Treadfit has changed my life….I was a slow starter, taking only a few classes a week and now I take as many as I can. Caitlin’s strength classes are my absolute favorite. She is motivating, knowledgeable and pushes each individual to be their best while making sure there are modifications for each fitness level/injury. It truly feels like a personal training session even though you are in a group! I am stronger than I have ever been plus I am able to lift heavier weights and perform exercises that I never thought I would be able to.

The Focus on You challenge I participated in last October really made me re-examine my fitness & wellness journey. I have always been good at getting workouts in but wasn’t good with my food. Jenny and Caitlin provided the tools and support to guide us through our eating and working out. The combination really started to make changes in my body for the first time in a long time– losing inches and a few pounds. I will always be a work in progress but knowing it works is so encouraging to keep going!

I am THANKFUL for Treadfit every day and appreciate all the amazing instructors because they all bring something different to their classes!!! I ALWAYS walk out of class feeling stronger than I did walking in.

I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Treadfit!!!!”
