About three years ago I moved to Chicago, I had been hearing a lot about Treadfit from the neighborhood girls, so my sister and I decided to join together. From our first class with Melissa, now here we are 3 years later! Treadfit has definitely changed my life for the better. I have learned how to lose weight the right way and overall learned to live a healthier life. The coaches really make it easy to look forward to coming with their upbeat attitudes and always motivating us to go as hard as we can during those 50 minutes. I love the structure of the classes and how easy it is to modify any type of workout to your liking. I am so happy I found Treadfit and am apart of this amazing group!!
